  1. Why do I eat foods I know are going to do me harm? Cause me pain? (Gallbladder pain)

I noticed this week I'm annoyed and irritated alot - with myself, my family, my employees.  I don't like how it feels and it's definitely fueling my emotional eating.  I would love some tips on how to 'talk myself down' from eating when this is happening and then any suggestions on figuring out where this feeling is even coming from?  I suspect it's perfectionism, but curious what else could be behind it that I'm not seeing.
