In this episode I am interviewing no other than my dad - David Josephs the CEO of Panzer's Delicatessen  -  established Deli in North London  who also runs All Greens the Beloved family of greengrocers and wholesaler to London’s top restaurants. But  his journey   didn't just happen over night. He's been through his fair share of the ups and the downs of life - we sit together today to discuss working from the age of 18 years old in the family's electrical industrial manufacturing business to taking decisive action at 40 and following his dreams.
