Would I do it again?

This week I talk to James Turner, an ex Superintendent from Avon and Somerset Constabulary.

James was in The Job for 13 years and went from Pc to Supt in 10 years. He left A&S 12 months ago to pursue a career in civi street and you will hear him talk about his experience of going through the ranks, his reflections on the process and the differences between working in the police and the private sector. Believe it or not, not everyone works at 100mph, all of the time.

James’ outlook is pretty amazing and he is an example of what you can do when you trust yourself.
