Over the years, Jon has discovered the ideal ratios for professional service firms to be healthy. Here they are:
- Gross Margin - 50% +
- Profit - 20%+
- SG&A - 30% or less (Sales and Marketing - 8%, Ops and Finance - 15%, and Exec Team - 7%)
