I am re-joined by coach Mike Sinco as the first ever repeat guest of the Coach Paul show! I have been his right hand man as we have competed at the highest level of middle school cross country. Now, Sinco will be leaving the team to coach at Mt Pisgah Christian School...leaving the Junior Cougars to me.
We talk race strategy, recruiting, and some final words to the team he loved dearly.
