When was the last time you sat in stillness without distractions and felt?

This week's episode is the first of my Lent series. While it may be a religious practice, I do it for spiritual reasons and connection with myself. During this first week of lent, I discovered how easy it is to become disconnected from listening to our body and all of the crap we hold on to.

It was really an experience where I kind of foreshadowed almost exactly what was going to happen to me during this first week. Kinda cool, kinda intense, but the tip of the iceberg to what fasting from distractions for 40 days really gave me.
