This simple training periodisation method is so effective and so simple! 

You can use it forever and you'll constantly make gains. I use it with all my clients and they get awesome results from it in the gym which means more muscle and more strength. 

Here's how it works:

Double progression is a training method that involves gradually increasing both the volume (reps) and intensity of your workouts. You start by working within a specific rep range, and once you can consistently reach the top of that range for a certain number of sets, you add more weight. If you can still meet the minimum rep requirement with the heavier weight, you continue working with it until you reach your next rep and set targets. This process of increasing reps and then increasing weight is what makes it a "double progression" method
