Going from a fat loss phase to a building phase is common when someone is trying to build their dream physique, but what usually catches people out is gaining way too much fat while trying to build muscle, meaning that the initial fat loss phase was pretty much pointless and means far more work needs to be done once the building phase is complete!

So, is there a way to build muscle without gaining body fat? That would be the dream, right?

I talk about whether it's actually possible or not in this episode.
