Episode 68: Client Spotlight – Elliot’s Transformation in Physique, Lifestyle and Mindset
In this episode, I invite one of my online clients, Elliot. He has been with me since March 2023. He was recommended by one of my old clients, Jim, who got amazing results in just 12 weeks.
Before Elliot started with me, he had never set foot in a gym before. Now, 10 months later, he's lost over 10kg of fat, gained muscle and strength, and is now a confident gymgoer.
Not only has his physique changed, but his lifestyle, his mindset, his confidence, and his level of knowledge surrounding resistance training, nutrition, muscle growth, and fat loss.
