The wines that we try are 2021 St Maur Lot 41 Chardonnay, Southern Highlands, NSW ($34 from Liquorland), and 2021 Artemis Close Vine Pinot Noir, Southern Highlands, NSW ($50 from the Artemis Wines cellar door).
