The last six months of my life have been intense.

Between work, responsibilities, and everything happening behind the scenes, I reached a moment where my anxiety was louder than my usual coping skills.

So I had to pause and make some real adjustments.

In this episode, I'm sharing the three things that helped me reset when life started feeling overwhelming, including:

• Seeking professional support when coping skills weren't enough
 • Rebuilding healthy sleep habits to calm my nervous system
 • Strengthening boundaries and managing my emotional capacity
