His journey from his first hotel set up in Columbus, Ohio, to unearthing a gem of an investment opportunity in Tucson, Arizona, should prove interesting. Wayne Ung is a hotelier that brings over 20 years of general real estate management experience, with hotel specific management since 2013. He invests in several hotels in addition to managing certain properties within the Southwest.
Wayne focuses on infrastructure, management, and day-to-day to high level operations. He oversees optimization the technical and mechanical infrastructure of each hotel. Wayne develops and streamlines hotel capacity, marketing, and renovations.
Wayne also has garnered strong support from the “Extend-a-Suites” brand. The “Extend-a-Suites” brand has a value-add hybrid daily stay/extended stay model. The brands’ model includes a marketing program, transitional management, assistance and access to pre-negotiated discounts with vendors.
