Julie explains how higher rates, lower rent growth, tight cash flow, and loan maturity dates are changing the way investors must think about debt.
She also shares why your lender is one of your biggest partners in a deal. Before you send an LOI, Julie says you need a clear T-12, rent roll, underwriting, insurance quote, tax review, and property manager feedback. Most of all, Julie reminds investors to know who they are doing business with. In this market, strong partners, smart numbers, and careful underwriting matter more than ever.
