Nick Hancock

First and foremost, I am a family man with two young sons (whose names, Max and Miles, inspired the name of my business and Podcast!!) and husband to my amazing wife, Alyson, who is currently battling stage 4 cancer!

Secondly, I am a runner! It is undeniably part of my identity and I’ve been fortunate enough to run all manner of distances from 5k up to ultramarathon, with half marathon, marathon and ultramarathon being my sweet spot!

As your personal running coach my mission is to help people with busy lives—like you—run better than you could ever imagine! 

My services as a certified UESCA running coach are available to everyone no matter your location thanks to the wonders of technology!

Faye Johnson

I have spent almost 15 years working in health, fitness and coaching. from gyms, out on the fells in Wales and the Lake District to the mountains and trails of Mallorca and New Zealand.

As a coach I have supported many people working towards a variety of goals. Specialising in trail, fell and off-road running of Half marathon to ultra-distance. Supporting people in and through the changes, phases, up’s and downs of life and the impacts that has on training, confidence and wellbeing.

As your running coach I want to be able to help you run the very best they can, with achievable, personalised and enjoyable training. Maintaining the balance of all that life brings and your running is key to continuity and achieving the goals you set out.
