Enjoy the weekend with great nutritious and delicious food.
I have a interview ready to upload with a guy who works in water purification in Seattle. He tells us all the things we need to know about our drinking water and is not long winded about it.
Look for my interview with the folks from Thrive 25 where you will learn how to change your life in 5 minutes per day
Hey everybody, I'm back. And uh as I promised, I'm gonna start doing these every Friday. And let's see if I can follow through on that. Huh? Okay, so listen, the first thing I want to do is first of all, I hope you enjoyed the um the interview with um John Engelson from Joberg Meats. I've received my meat and I love it, and I feel like I'm eating something healthy. So go to the um his website or my website and get yourself a 15% discount. Joberg. I'm sorry, Jesse15 is the discount code. And I still think it's true that I'm I'm not taking any um, you know, I'm not being sponsored by anybody, but let's talk about food. But before we talk about food, I got this report that said that there's people in there's um five people in the United Kingdom listening to my podcasts, and I want to thank you very much indeed. There's three people in Tunisia, two in Mexico, Mucha Gracias senora e senhor. But I'm sure all these people speak English. It's a good thing because um there's two people in Indonesia, one person in Spain, Taiwan, Germany, Portugal, those are all um Australia, Singapore, India, South Korea, Armenia, Latvia, Japan, Brazil, Ohapais, me ajuda aqui, me encontro uma pessoa mais, quero ver duas pessoas. So that's Portuguese, you know, I lived there for 10 years, Chechia, Sweden, Venezuela, and then a bunch of places in the United States. So that's really cool for me to know that there's some people out there listening to this dysfunctional foodie podcast. So let's get into food. So when I say food, I'm talking about water in this particular case. And I just interviewed a guy uh yesterday who happens to have the same last name as May Kaufman. It was very cool. His name is Sidian Kaufman, and he works in Seattle in water treatment. So that interview will be put uh put up, uploaded probably Wednesday. You'll enjoy it. It's quick, it's concise, and it tells you everything you need to know about water. You know, reverse osmosis and the plastics that are leaching into your, you know, from water bottles, and uh should you if you have well water or if you're drinking city water, uh very interesting. You you don't want to miss that because it's quick and concise and it'll set you on the right path in terms of making sure that the six glasses of water that you need to drink a day at least are not hurting you, but helping you, you know. So, like I was saying, you know, this is gonna be a quickie, the Friday quickie. You're um the weekend is here. Happy Easter to all who celebrate Easter. Today, I guess would be Good Friday. So have a great Friday. Hope you eat some delicious food, and um I wish you the best. Stay healthy. Um uh in addition to the interview with City and Kaufman, I have a scheduled interview with these guys from a company called Thrive25. Now, these guys, if you could look it up right now on the on the internet, it's um they're they have a slick operation goal and they really cover a lot of information in the health and wellness industry. So look forward to that as well. And um lastly, I just want to say one thing. You know, I I promised you a protocol, which is going to be a list of things that I do and I eat and I take to try to stay healthy and live to 102 so I can be a centenarium blue zone dude. And so, you know, supplements is one category of those of that protocol. And magnesium is one item on that list. And I'm sorry I haven't produced that list yet, but it's it's coming. So a lot of people take magnesium at night, it's supposed to relax your muscles. If you are considering taking magnesium, know that magnesium is also found in dark chocolate, yogurt, tofu, bananas, raisins, avocado, leafy greens, legumes, nuts and seeds, whole grains, quinoa, buckwheat, and oats and those kinds of foods. So maybe you just eat the food instead. Now I took m a magnesium pill last night, and I probably eat half those things on a regular basis. Just some food for thought. Have a great Friday. Great weekend. That was a dysfunctional foodie, quickie. Talk to you soon.
