Lisa is a 46-year-old career woman, wife, and mom to four children. She was born into a medical family: her father is a retired Orthopedic Surgeon, and her late mother received her EdD in Nursing and Educational Psychology.

Lisa has been in the medical device industry for over 23 years working for some of the world’s largest MedTech companies as well as some smaller start up medical device companies. Her list of achievements and accolades stretch across her years in this space and include some of the most prestigious awards in sales: Multiple time President’s Club winner, Rookie of the Year, Sales Excellence trips and Founder’s Awards to name a few. Lisa also penned a book about working in a male-dominated industry and how to stay on top and be successful, The Code.

Cindy is a true believer that all women can achieve what they set out to accomplish. She is passionate about teaching and helping others achieve their goals. Her foundation as a Certified Nurse Practitioner is the driving strength of her career in the medical device industry where she’s earned multiple awards including the highly competitive President’s club.

Cindy graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Master of Science degree in Nursing.

Living in Virginia, she’s married with 2 daughters- one in college and one in graduate school. As a former Ironman Triathlete, she now enjoys shorter-distance swimming, cycling, & running, as well as pilates and peloton. Time with friends and family is something she cherishes along with opportunities for travel.
