My Mental Health Journey
WARNING - I briefly touch on my struggles with eating disorder-related tendencies in this episode! If you are sensitive to the subject please do not listen.
This week I wanted to take the opportunity to talk a little bit more about my mental health journey and challenges. It has been a long road for me in learning to understand myself and how to harness my pain into power, but it has been the most rewarding and liberating work I have ever done.
Where ever you are on your mental health journey, I want you to know that you are not alone, and that one day you will come out on top. I'm rooting for you!
I can't wait to continue learning and growing together as a community. Love you!
