Have you been holding?
Take a short pause right now.   
Take a couple of intentional deeper breaths and just sit and notice for a minute.
What can you feel in your body?
What do you notice?
Sometimes we can walk around in our day carrying so much.  
An argument that didn't get resolved, an upset child at home who we are holding space for or something we would really like to say but can't seem to speak out the words.  Past events can also have an impact on our day to day life.
We are constantly going through experiences in our world and often we don't have time to fully process or unwind from those experiences.  We continue to push it down, adding to the weight on our shoulders.
Imagine if we didn't have to carry all that!
Imagine if we didn't have to be the one holding it all (and I know most mum's feel this way).
How can we come back?  How can we release and reset in a way that supports us in the best way possible?
This is what Episode 19 is all about.
