Meditation isn't the end all be all of healing practices. It has incredible benefits but for those with anxiety, stored trauma and emotions still stuck in the body, somatic and energy healing practices can be so much more beneficial. Here's my journey with meditation, why I stopped, and what practices I turn to instead.
