Sobriety Is Self Care
In this episode we go back to the roots of this podcast and talk about the concept of sobriety as self care.
For me, the most self caring thing I have done in the last two years is drastically reduce my alcohol intake. It's positively impacted every single area of my life and completely changed the game.
