The Importance of Curating Your Morning Routine (It's Not All Meditation & Journaling!)
In this episode we are talking about all things morning routine and how to start your day.
Don' worry, this isn't going to be suggesting 45 mins of meditation, an ice bath and the sacrificing of a small child, the very notion for this episode came about when I had some life changes that meant I was no longer to dedicate candlelit morning to visualisation and Joe Dispenza meditations and had to switch things up to work for me.
We discuss the idea of just making the start of your day work for you and I share my updated routine.
