In this episode we are exploring observing your own patterns and behaviours and becoming a bit of an analyst of your own life. 

It's easy to want to jump to make changes but without observing what needs changing and why we can sometimes feel a bit stuck in a loop. 

This isn't about making grand changes... yet, but about just understanding your self talk, habits and behavioural patterns that could be sabotaging you from living your best life. 

No one likes to feel like they are failing but understanding the habit loops that you do unconsciously on autopilot could be the key to making small changes that have a big effect.
