So often, the stories we tell ourselves feel like facts. “I’m not ready.” “I’m not that kind of person.” “That wouldn’t work for me.” But in reality, these are often limiting beliefs that protect us from discomfort, risk and change.

We talk about how this shows up in everyday life, whether it’s in your career, business or personal growth, and why staying in your comfort zone can feel safe but ultimately holds you back.

This episode is about recognising the ways you might be subconsciously holding yourself back, challenging those internal narratives and starting to question whether they’re actually true.

Because growth doesn’t come from proving why you can’t do something. It comes from being willing to see things differently and tak action anyway.
