Whether it’s how you react to things, your personality, your energy or just the way you are day to day, it’s so common to think you’d feel better or do better if you were a bit different.

I’ve definitely been there, trying to change parts of myself instead of actually understanding, accepting and working with them.

We get into why being yourself can feel uncomfortable, how we end up fighting who we are without even realising it, and why that just keeps you stuck.

This episode is more about starting to work with yourself instead of constantly pushing against who you are.

Because nothing really changes when you’re always trying to be someone else.
