In this episode, we are talking about the mental load that builds up day to day and how during stressful or busy periods, even small everyday decisions can start to feel exhausting when your brain is already carrying too much.

I share some of the things that have genuinely helped me reduce stress and decision fatigue during busier seasons of life and removing unnecessary choices where possible.

When your nervous system is already under pressure, it’s often not the big things that tip you over the edge, it’s the constant stream of small decisions your brain is trying to process all day long.

We get into why simplifying certain areas of your life can actually create more mental space, energy and calm, especially when you’re going through stressful periods, feeling overwhelmed or struggling with burnout.

If your brain feels full, life feels harder than usual or you’re tired of overthinking every little thing, this episode will give you some practical ways to make life feel lighter.
