In this episode, we're exploring something I never expected to feel after leaving my business: a sense of numbness when it came to setting goals.

For years, so much of my identity was wrapped up in building, striving and chasing the next milestone. Then, almost overnight, I found myself in a place that felt calmer, safer and... strangely unfamiliar.

We talk about why that can happen after a big life change, how our nervous systems can become so used to operating in survival mode that peace feels boring, and why the absence of chaos doesn't mean the absence of purpose.

I also share why it reminded me of coming out of a toxic relationship. When you've spent so long navigating uncertainty, pressure or constant emotional highs and lows, stability can feel almost unsettling at first. But that doesn't mean something's missing. It might just mean you're finally safe.

If you've ever found yourself questioning your motivation after a major life change, wondering why you don't feel the need to constantly strive anymore or worrying that contentment means you've become complacent, this episode is for you.

Because maybe you're not lacking ambition.

Maybe you're just learning what it feels like to live without constantly having to survive.
