Neena is the best friend you always wished you had. With a BS Sociology, minor in Marriage Family and Human Development, & Educational Specialist graduate degree in School Psychology (EdS, NCSP) Neena knows relationships and self help at every age. As her passion, Neena has made it her mission to make mental health principles understandable and applicable to her audiences. She's a wife of 16 years, mother to 4 ages 7-14, and has been a successful, home-based entrepreneur over the last 12 years since leaving her psychologist profession to be home with her children. Over the last 15 years she has dedicated herself to holistic living and sharing lifestyle related content in that field, and has expanded her mission and messaged to the online space @allthingsneena. She’s currently a mentor, business & mindset coach, international speaker & trainer, wellness & beauty educator, and entrepreneur on a mission is to help mothers be well, in all areas of their lives.
