What if losing weight isn't about shrinking yourself, but about getting your life back?
For a long time, I felt like I was surviving instead of living. After my divorce, I gained weight while navigating one of the hardest seasons of my life, and while I don't regret doing what I needed to do to make it through, I can't ignore how much that extra weight impacted my confidence, my relationships, my sex life, my self-expression, and even my ability to move comfortably in my own body.
In this vulnerable, unscripted episode, I'm sharing what life was really like during that season, what changed when I finally felt ready to focus on my health again, and why I think we've become a little too comfortable pretending weight loss doesn't matter when deep down, for many of us, it does.
