The Empowered with Ash Podcast
I'm Ashleigh, an online health and fitness coach who helps busy women repair their metabolism and drop fat through sustainable habits all while gaining confidence, strength and enjoying the process. I specialize in helping two types of busy women
1) women who have put themselves on the back burner and want to make themselves a priority again 2) women who are working so hard to see results and they feel like nothing they are doing is working.
I help these women ditch the all or nothing mindset + learn to integrate workouts and nutrition in a way that fits in to their lifestyle and is sustainable for the long haul.
I focus on a holistic health approach with my clients, making sure all areas of their life are working together for them to achieve the BEST results as well as feel the most confident and happy in their body that they can, which I truly believe stems from prioritizing holistic health (mindset, movement, nutrition, sleep, etc).
In this podcast I share strategies, education, mindset hacks, stories and more to inspire you to live your most empowered and balanced life. I will also have various health professionals on the podcast sharing their expertise, as well as some of my clients sharing their experiences and how their life changed for the better prioritizing a holistic health approach.
