Peacebuilding with Dr. Pollack: Workplace Conflict Advice

In this episode of Peacebuilding with Dr. Pollack, Joe joins the show to discuss a workplace conflict he experienced during the COVID-19 pandemic. Joe felt uncomfortable working with this coworker, so he went home and filed a grievance with his union. The company paid Joe's coworker for the two weeks he was home, but refused to pay Joe.

Dr. Pollack and Joe discuss the importance of communication in the workplace and how it can be used to resolve conflict. Joe also shares some advice for other employees who are dealing with workplace conflict.
