Karin Del Maestro

Karin Del Maestro is a breast cancer survivor and trauma-aware health coach who supports women navigating life after breast cancer treatment. After years of stacked trauma and a breast cancer diagnosis, she realized that being “the strong one” all the time had come at a cost. In midlife, she chose a different path — one rooted in nervous system safety, boundaries, and learning to receive support, without guilt. She now helps women who are exhausted from having to hold everything together rebuild their energy and rediscover who they are beyond survival.
