Dr. Renea Skelton

Dr. Renea Skelton spent over two decades in the Air Force learning one undeniable truth — how you communicate can make or break everything. Now she's a keynote speaker and author of Drop the Rope who helps people ditch the over-explaining, stop second-guessing, and start showing up like they mean it. She's real, a little edgy, and has zero patience for people who say "circle back" unironically. If you've ever walked away from a conversation wishing you'd said something differently, she's your person.

Eliza Riley

Eliza Riley, also known as Coach Eliza, is a Holistic Menopause Coaching Specialist who helps women navigate perimenopause and menopause using natural, root-cause approaches. After experiencing her own midlife hormone shifts and realizing how confusing and fragmented the information around menopause had become, she began studying how the nervous system, metabolism, digestion, and lifestyle rhythms influence hormone balance.

Today, Eliza works with women to restore that rhythm so they can sleep deeply again, regain their energy, support their metabolism, and move through midlife feeling clear, capable, and in control of their health.
