As a dedicated Yogi and Meditation Facilitator, I have designed this podcast for the ones who keep hitting burn out. The ones who want to do it all but are no longer willing to compromise their health to get there. The ones who (just like me) aren't afraid to dream big, have a zest life and know deep down that they are worthy of having it all without running themself into the ground to claim it.

Have you ever considered ADHD to be a superpower?
In this weeks episode we are here to talk about navigating the highs and lows of ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder). Joining me in this important conversation is the lovely Sally Goodall. Sally is a self employed photographer who specialises in personal branding and brand photography, one of her clients being Lululemon. Alongside her successful career of over 15 years and raising her beautiful daughter, Sally shares with us her own personal journey navigating a life through an ADHD lens.
In this episode, Sal and I discuss some of the main characteristics that make up ADHD, the benefits and struggles of living with ADHD and practical ways to overcome times of overwhelm, navigating work life to avoid burn out, medication, beneficial books and podcasts to learn more about ADHD and some of Sally's personal lessons since being diagnosed.
