Season 3 Episode 52

In this special guest episode, we are joined by the lovely Jasmine Matus. Jasmine is a qualified yoga therapist, hatha yoga teacher and somatic movement educator. Jasmine has studied many other modalities outside the yoga sphere that have all contributed to her understanding over the years as a teacher including art therapy, nervous system work with Irene Lyon, an introductory course into psychoneuroimmunology as well as in another lifetime where she studied jewellery and object design.

Together we explore the concept of balance and how we can apply balance in our day to day life. Bringing the idea of balance out of theory and providing a tangible way of experiencing this state of being.
