As a dedicated Yogi and Meditation Facilitator, I have designed this podcast for the ones who keep hitting burn out. The ones who want to do it all but are no longer willing to compromise their health to get there. The ones who (just like me) aren't afraid to dream big, have a zest life and know deep down that they are worthy of having it all without running themself into the ground to claim it.

Welcome to Season 3 of Be The Tortoise!
I am so excited to have you join me for another season of mindful conversations where we explore how to live life a little more intentionally. Together, we keep mindful living simple, achievable and most of all relatable for the ones who need a little more balance in their lives :)
In todays episode, I had the pleasure of speaking with Casey Weiss from all the way in Northern California. Casey is a certified holistic nutritionist and life coach who runs her own practice 'Your Case for Wellness' where she offers private and group coaching services. After almost a decade of struggling with eating disorders and body image issues, she knew there must be a better way to approach health. This is what propelled her back to study nutrition. Casey focuses on working with women who are ready to stop the yo-yo struggle and finally make peace with food and their bodies. She found that what was missing in the health coaching space were coaches and programs that emphasised the importance of mindset and holistic behaviours in tandem with food and exercise.
She now coaches women all over the world on how they can truly feel their best from the inside out and stress less about food so they can live their lives to the fullest.
