Nurture Herself
Welcome to Nurture Herself ✨
I’m Amanda—a midlife stepmomma, wellness advocate, and woman who is right in the middle of this wild, wonderful, sometimes confusing season of life.
For a long time, I was really good at taking care of everyone else.
But somewhere along the way, I realized I was running on empty. My energy was low, my body was changing, and I didn’t always recognize the woman looking back at me.
I knew something had to change.
I could keep pushing through and putting myself last—or I could learn how to support myself differently.
I chose me.
And that’s what Nurture Herself is all about.
This podcast is for the woman who is navigating midlife, perimenopause, changing bodies, shifting priorities, and figuring out what this next chapter looks like.
We’ll talk about energy, wellness, movement, nutrition, skin, mindset, confidence, relationships, purpose, and the messy real-life stuff that comes with becoming the next version of you.
You’ll hear honest conversations, practical tools, expert insights, personal stories, and plenty of reminders that you are not alone in this season.
Because I don’t believe midlife is about trying to get back to who you used to be.
It’s about becoming who you’re meant to be next.
You don’t need another list of things you “should” be doing.
You need support.
You need simple tools that actually fit your life.
You need women who get it.
And sometimes, you just need someone to remind you that you’re allowed to choose yourself.
So grab your coffee, your greens, or your favorite glass of something good—and come hang out with me.
Let’s laugh, learn, grow, and figure this midlife thing out together.
Because your midlife isn’t something to get through.
It’s a season to GLOW through. ✨
