Episode 91: Why You Can't Fix Painful Sex By Having Painful Sex
In Episode 91 of the Not Your Mother's Pelvic Floor Podcast, Aliya explains why simply having more painful sex can't fix painful sex.
Inspired by a question sent in by a community member on Instagram, Aliya dives deep into why the advice or belief that just "doing it more" will one day result in pain-free sex. She also explains reasons why we may have painful sex (or dyspareunia) and suggests some ways to start to move forward on a journey towards pain-free (and pleasurable) sex.
