Jessica Sennet is a Prenatal and Postpartum fitness expert with several high level certifications including FIT FOR BIRTH Corrective Exercise Specialist, Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism, INCORE Diastasis Recti Expert and has trained 100s of women over the last 10 years in the fitness industry . She is the founder and CEO of MIGHTY MOM in Toronto offering private sessions, classes and online training programs for both pregnancy and postpartum women. Last year she opened a franchise program to help as many moms and parents feel strong as possible. As a mom to 2 little boys herself, she understands the pressures and challenges that motherhood can bring and is dedicated to giving her clients all the tools they need to continue doing the exercise they love while pregnant, in postpartum recovery and then beyond.
