59. What We’re Leaving Behind (and Taking With Us) Into 2026
As we step into 2026, we wanted to do something a little different with this episode. We’re talking a little less “new year, new you” energy, and more honest reflection.
Instead of piling more onto already full plates, this conversation is about looking at what’s already there!
We’re sharing our thoughts on restoring order, optimizing where possible, evaluating our TRUE capacity (not what we *think* we can do), how burnout really shows up, and more.
Between business ownership, motherhood, marriage, and all of the other roles we hold as women, it’s easy to feel like we should always be “on”, and doing all.the.things. But…it’s not about adding more to our plates - it’s about doing what we’re already doing BETTER.
As we head into this new year, we’re inviting you to use your time wisely (however that looks for you in this season). Cheers to health, compassion, connection, and intentionality in 2026!
