Has fear been coming up for you lately ?
effecting your mental state, your physical body, or your life
it could be a fear of anything, for example

  • fear of somebody or something
  • fear of events that may occur in future
  • fear of loss
  • fear of ill health
  • fear of moving forward or fear of change

This fear is the result of our repetitive thoughts and our body responds to these thoughts in various ways
