Mediation for overwhelm and panic

We are all familiar with that feeling of panic, it’s not a very comfortable feeling, for some it can occur occasionally, in response to an event or experience, however there are so many that experience this panic state regularly, it can feel very overwhelming 
This state can have an effect on our physical health over time, it also effects our mental and emotional state and our energy field
It can effect our functioning from day to day, therefore effecting our relationships, career and happiness
Starting a daily meditation practice can be extremely beneficial, just 10 to 20 minutes a day is a great start in creating changes within the body and the mind.

Going within allows you to access all the tools and techniques available to you, learning how to self regulate and get back into balance again can be life changing
Use this meditation as often as you like, and most of all enjoy the journey !
