Each one of us are on our own Souls journey and Self Mastery is a necessary part of that Journey
Self Mastery is an ongoing journey for the infinite soul

Through many years as a Health Practitioner and Healer I have found that there are tools and techniques once applied in a purposeful and conscious way, 
it can lead to great healing and transformation on many levels, physical, mental, emotional and energetic 
I Am offering these  sacred tools and techniques in a way that is available to every soul wanting to advance on their souls journey, so that they can access that greater part of themselves to experience a richer and more joyous life

The Forgiveness Process

I find that so many people are suffering in their lives because they have not forgiven others for various events or situations that may have occurred in their lives
It could be perceived as big or small, but when we hold on to this energy of unforgiveness, it sits with us, holding us down
The energy of this is very heavy, and it limits our experiences in life
This Process that you are about to experience is using Guided Meditation and Pure Sacred Healing Sound 

Part 1 

  • In Part 1 I discuss Forgiveness in more detail
  • Reasons for doing the Forgiveness process
  • You can repeat the process as often as you like, until it feels complete
  • The importance of journaling after this process and
  • The need to let go

Part 2

  • Part 2 is the Forgiveness Process, which includes the Guided Meditation with Sound Healing Therapy
  • When doing this process it’s important to make sure that you won’t be disturbed, so that you can truly relax and make the most of your experience 


Part 3

  • In Part 3 I talk about 
  • the importance of integration after such a process
  • Ways in which you can get the most out of your experience 
  • Journaling and sacred ceremony
