It is essential to listen to Part 1 prior to commencing on Part 2
This is a very powerful healing process and it is important to prepare yourself prior to the meditation 
Self nurturing and self responsibility is key on your journey of self mastery
If you cannot do the proper preparation and energy hygiene , it’s best to wait until you feel ready

Part 1

  • We go through the main energy centres or Chakras in more detail
  • I discuss the importance of energetic preparation before you can start
  • Proper integration after the balancing and healing process

Part 2

  • This is your chakra rebalancing and sound healing meditation 
  • Relax and be guided into a deep meditative process, with the powerful healing frequencies of the Himalayan singing bowls

Part 3

  • Journaling after your meditation is part of the healing process
  • Taking time to integrate after your energetic work is essential 
  • I go into a bit of detail about self care on your journey of self mastery
