The Jen Keller Show
The Jen Keller Show is where family, business, and life all come together. Hosted by Jen Keller—mom, leader, entrepreneur, and motivator—this podcast is about becoming who you were created to be while navigating the realities of motherhood, leadership, and growth.
Here, we talk about the things that matter most: showing up for your family, building businesses that thrive, and living a life anchored in purpose and growth. Each episode will inspire you to take action, challenge your comfort zone, and move one step closer to the bold, confident version of yourself that you were always meant to be.
This isn’t about balance—it’s about integration, authenticity, and becoming the fullest version of YOU.

REVIVAL: The Year I came Back to Life
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
What if revival isn’t something you wait for—but something you participate in?
In this episode of The Jen Keller Show, I’m sharing why REVIVAL is my word for 2026 and what it actually means to revive your life, your body, your faith, your purpose, and your joy—without burning everything down or becoming someone else.
This is not about hustle.
It’s not about becoming “better.”
It’s about coming back to life.
We’ll talk about:
- What revival really means (beyond the hype)
- How burnout, survival mode, and over-functioning quietly drain us
- Tactical, embodied ways to restore your energy, clarity, and alignment
- How to revive what feels tired—without forcing change
- Journal prompts to ignite curiosity and self-trust
If you’ve felt flat, disconnected, foggy, or like you’ve been running on fumes—this episode is your invitation to breathe again.
Revival is here. And it starts within.
JOURNAL PROMPTS TO IGNITE REVIVAL
Grab a pen. Sit with these slowly.
- Where do I feel most drained right now—and why?
- Where do I feel a quiet stirring of life, even if it’s small?
- What am I ready to let go of to create space for revival?
- What does “coming back to life” look like for me—not for others?
- If I trusted my body and intuition more, what would change?
Let curiosity lead. Not judgment.
In a world where being perfect seems to be the goal- - it’s important that we know who’s we are & who we are.
We aren’t called to be perfect - we are called to be better today than yesterday! - that’s it. It doesn’t have to be quantum leaps, in fact I believe that in the day to day -our little steps in the right directions!
I am on a mission to help women become more of who they were created to be and less of who they were told to be.
And, that takes intention, that takes action
: My goal is to drop some wisdom, bring you resources and that takes community.
