We close the Calm CEO era and step into Unanara, a collective space built on ease, sovereignty, and nervous system literacy. I explain why I left big stages, how I’m choosing depth over scale, and what it means to move from endless healing to fully living.

• why the show’s identity changes
• noticing inner signals despite outer success
• choosing values over visibility
• depth over scale and intimate rooms
• invitations over self-produced stages
• moving beyond endless healing loops
• Unanara as a collective ecosystem
• regulated, grounded, accessible practice
• less guru culture, more architecture
• what to expect from future conversations

Farewell To Calm CEO

SPEAKER_00

Hello, welcome back. Today's episode is actually gonna be a little different. If you've been here for a while, you know that this show has been called The Calm CEO. And today I'm officially closing that chapter. It has been a minute since I've been on this podcast. It has been, I had to actually count it, it's been over nine months, almost a year. And a lot, a lot has shifted for me in the past year as far as who I am, what I'm doing, and in that all includes the show as well. And not because the show was wrong, not because it failed, not because something collapsed, but because I outgrew it. And last year, from the outside, and what my world looked like, it looked like expansion. And I was selling out events nationwide. I was booked out months in advance. I was on stages, I was in rooms, I was holding these massive, beautiful, transformative containers, and I wouldn't trade it for the world. And that's honestly why I had to put the Calm CEO show on the back burner because I simply just didn't make or have the time for it. It was no longer a priority. So as I was building all of these big in-person experiences and these stages, being on stages and speaking even for the first time, it looked like a lot of growth and it was. But if I'm being completely honest, from the inside my body was tightening. Not fear, not burnout, not panic, just this quiet, undeniable no. And if there's anything I've learned about massive identity shifts, it's this when we outgrow an old identity voluntarily, life doesn't have to rip it away from us. If we don't walk away when it's time, life will eventually do it for us. Not because we're off track, but because we're being upgraded. And five years ago, I ignored that tightening when I made the transition from business coaching into the healing space. If you remember my story, ayahuasca said, Amanda, you're a healer, and then I didn't listen to it. And a few months later, the business shut down and was pretty chaotic and dramatic. And I realized at that point that I wasn't listening to the inner nudge. I kept pushing, I kept scaling despite that inner nudge, and I kept saying and following the money and saying yes to different mentors, and everything, it just collapsed. But this time, this time, this only happened a few weeks ago. I recognized this pattern in 48 hours, and I walked away. I walked away from the stages, from the big rooms, not because I was shrinking, but because I refused to lead in a way that violates my values, which are ease, simplicity, freedom, fun, family, sovereignty. And sovereignty doesn't mean doing less, it just means leading differently. And this year I'm choosing depth over scale, intimate rooms over massive stages, architecture over spotlight, and a business that supports my life, not the other way around. Now that's not to say that I'm completely done with facilitating for big rooms and being on big stages. I absolutely know I'm meant to do that, but in a different way. I'm no longer creating those spaces or the containers for them, but rather I will now stick to being invited to them where all I have to do is show up and lead. So my main focus is now on what I'm supposed to be doing next: the Unanara space. So I just want to remind you that the healing era was never the destination, it was the initiation. We just ended snake year, we're in horse year already, and I don't know about you, but I am sick of the healing space. And yes, that's coming from a healer, and I mean that in the most gentle way, and that realization changed everything because I finally understood something about myself. I don't want to keep healing, I want to live, I want to feel alive, I want to be like be a human and experience the other side of healing and all the work and and just finally enjoy all the hard work that I've done. And I in in the midst of all that, I realize I don't want to be the spotlight anymore. I don't, I don't, I'm not here to be the face, I'm here to be the architecture, and that's why Unanara was created. Unanara means unity through remembrance. It's not about just having access to me as the sole facilitator for spinal energetics. It's actually going to be about access to a collective ecosystem now of other incredible world-class facilitators and practitioners like breathwork, EFT tapping, somatic healing, hypnosis, kundalini, yoga, and so much more. And it's a space where healing isn't personality driven, it's not guru culture anymore, it's not performative, it's regulated, it's grounded, and it's accessible. So this podcast is evolving alongside that vision. Calm CEO was a season, and I'm so grateful for it. But real energy, real talk inside the Unanara ecosystem is the next chapter. It's deeper, it's more honest, it's less about being seen and more about building something that lasts. So from here forward, you're gonna be hearing conversations that really challenge the rigid ideology that bring nervous system literacy into real life and that question what doesn't work and clarifying what actually does work. So this isn't a reinvention, it's integration. So if you've been here since the calm CEO days, thank you. Thank you. You've watched me grow. If you're new here, welcome. And you're stepping into this next chapter with us. We're building something different here where it's less spotlight, more structure, less intensity, and more capacity. This is evolution, and I'm really glad you're here for it. I will see you in the very first episode coming up next in the real energy, real talk. Here we go.
