
Kate Hart
Kate has over 20 years' experience as a forensic accountant and is typically appointed in over 20 valuation related matters at any one time. She works as SJE, party -appointed expert and shadow advisor and has given evidence in the High Court, County Court, Employment Tribunal and at arbitration in the UK and overseas.
Kate acts in cases involving sole traders, owner managed businesses and partnerships operating across most industry sectors.
The former chair of the ICAEW Forensic Expert and Witness Group, Kate sits on the ICAEW President's Nominations Scheme panel of experts and is a member of the Academy of Experts. She delivers seminars to regional Resolution conferences and groups of solicitors on valuations and other accounting related topics.
