Mindful Moves
Mindful Moves is a podcast about nervous system regulation, emotional healing, and learning how to feel safe in your body again.
I created this space for people who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, anxious, or disconnected from themselves and want something that actually helps.
Each episode explores how stress, emotions, and old patterns live in the body, not just the mind. We talk about nervous system states, regulation tools, boundaries, loneliness, confidence, and what it really means to slow down in a world that never stops.
You’ll find simple explanations, grounding practices, and honest reflections you can come back to when life feels like too much.
This podcast is for you if you want to move through life with more awareness, regulation, and self-trust, without forcing or fixing yourself.

Micro-Moments in Nature: Small Shifts, Big Impact
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
In this episode of "Mindful Moves", I share my deep-rooted passion for nature and its profound impact on our well-being. Reflecting on a conversation with my father, I realised how engulfed we are in artificial environments, disconnected from nature and it's magic. But integrating nature into our routines doesn't require monumental shifts; it's about embracing small moments.
Nature holds immense power—balancing our rhythms, easing inflammation, and connecting us with ourselves. Even brief moments, like observing birds instead of scrolling through phones, matter. Prioritising sunlight and allowing nature into our daily lives invigorates our spirits.
The key takeaway? Nature isn't an occasional luxury; it's a daily necessity. It's about finding inner connections through these micro-moments, inviting profound changes into our lives.
