Ah coffee. I love it. And there are a lot of guru's these days telling you that it's "good" for you. Of course, that's not the whole story.
There are reasons that coffee can be good for you.
And at the same time there are negative effects to the caffeine in coffee.
It's important to listen to your body and because I'm doing that in the new year I know I want to keep my love of coffee in check.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not quitting coffee anytime soon... but I do want to consume coffee in a way that benefits my health and doesn't have negative impacts.
Plus, it's a good idea to have alternatives for when you  want to change up your habits from time to time.
