What this session is about:
Almost every practitioner in SEED, from yoga teachers, to nutritionists, to life coaches has said it at some point:
“Right, before we get started… let’s take a deep breath.”
But what if that’s WRONG ! What if that breath is reinforcing the wrong habits? There is no right or wrong way to breathe as long as you are avoiding the 4 common breathing mistakes we all make. Vaughan will walk through the 4 common breathing mistakes he sees consistently and guide you through his OCEAN Breathwork framework.

Think of it like a golfer who practises hundreds of shots a week. If the fundamentals of the swing are off, all that practice is reinforcing the problem. Breathwork is the same.
