Carolina Peralta | Digital Transformation and Hospitality Strategy
Last year we had the pleasure of welcoming Carolina Peralta, a Hospitality and Tourism consultant whose journey in the industry started as a waitress. After a life-changing student exchange to Australia in 2009, she developed a deep passion for hospitality and has since dedicated herself to finding innovative ways to help the F&B sector evolve.
Carolina shared the story of her career's beginnings and how her personal project, Rituais da Hospitalidade (Hospitality Rituals), led her team to become a finalist in the UNWTO Hospitality Challenge in 2021.
With a Master’s in Hospitality Strategy and Digital Transformation, Carolina offered insightful perspectives on the future of the industry and the exciting opportunities that lie ahead.
